Jamaican Jerk Dry Rub is a robust spice blend with flavors straight from the Carribean. This blend comes in both mild and hot variations. Use Jamaican Jerk Dry Rub on seafood, pork, chicken, duck and beef.
For a vegetarian dish use Jamaican Jerk Dry Rub to enhance all vegetables, tofu, pumpkin, tomato and coconut milk.
Pair with fresh lemon or lime zest to bring out the sweetness and heat.
Ingredients: dried habenero chiles, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper,allspice, dark brown sugar and spices.
