Hot Creole is a Cajun spice meets Ethiopian Berbere. This is a hot and spicy blend, perfect for seafood, pork, chicken, duck and beef.
For a vegetarian dish use Hot Creole to enhance all vegetables, tofu, pumpkin, tomato and coconut milk.
Hot Creole adds extra kick to sauces and soup as well. Pair with fresh orange or lime zest to bring out the sweetness in the spices.
Ingredients: dried chiles, paprika, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, thyme, allspice, cayenne, and spices.
